Buddhist meditation for young adults
(the actual day is decided in a Whatsapp-Group)
Together we practice sitting and walking meditation, physical exercises (Ki Song) and the use of Mantras. These are parts of the Yun Hwa Meditation Practice.
Afterwards we read and discuss the Daily Sutras of the Buddhist master Ji Kwang Dae Poep Sa Nim.
